Yes! We understand this is an investment, and we want you to feel confident in that investment.
We generally require 50% of your project total upfront and the final 50% upon final delivery of files.
We can also split payments over 3 or 4 payments to make things easier for you.

We typically book out at least one month in advance. This is actually better for your project, though, as this lead time gives us room to plan out your project and gather any necessary materials.

Our projects can last anywhere from a day—VIP Design Days are perfect for quick projects—to 12 weeks for branding and website design. On our discovery call, we’ll talk about your timeline and find a schedule that works for both of us.

We’re happy to work with existing brand assets for graphic design and collateral work! On our discovery call, we'll discuss if this is a possibility. However, the branding process at Herland always starts from scratch in order to design from a strategic perspective.
