Frequently asked questions
How long does this all take?
Our Brand Strategy experience takes between 2-3 weeks. The Branding package takes between 4-6 weeks. Finally, the Branding and Website package requires 8-12 weeks.

Brand strategy is absolutely necessary to create a brand that stands out in the marketplace, attracts your ideal customers, and will stick around for the long haul.

We create comprehensive brands rooted in strategy. A brand is more than just a logo; it’s the whole package that will give your business a strong foundation and attract your ideal audience.

What website platforms do you use?
We partner with web designers who specialize in Squarespace, Shopify, Showit, Wordpress, and Webflow. We will make recommendations about which platform is best for your business once we learn more about your needs.
What’s in the brand guide?
The brand guide tells you what to do with every element of your new brand. You’ll learn which colors go best together, when to use which font, and why one logo is better for your business card than another. You can also refer back to the brand strategy part of the guide when you’re writing new copy, launching a new product or service, or hiring a new team member.
Does web design include copywriting or photos?
No, it does not. We require that you have your brand photos and copy ready to go for your website. If you need help with these services, we have some trusted photographers and copywriters we are happy to recommend.
